Are you still cleaning during COVID 19?

Yes, we are! We remain open as an essential service. And as of Friday, 08 May – with the implementation of the North Carolina’s Phase I plan – there will be no limits to our service. See more on our COVID precautionary steps here.

How much will it cost?

We charge a pre-determined rate based on your home size and needs. Please visit our booking page here – the costs will update as you enter your home information and cleaning needs. The price you see is the price you’ll be charged – no hidden costs, no surprises.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we bring all the cleaning supplies required to provide the highest quality cleaning of your home. We always try to cater to our customers, so if you prefer us to use a certain product you provide or you have allergies to any specific products, please list it in the Special Instructions of the booking page here.

How do I create a Maid in the USA account?

When you book your service, an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively, you can create and log into your account HERE.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a discount/gift/referral code to a future appointment by logging into your account HERE and click “Make Changes” to the appointment of your choice. Then, simply enter the code into the appropriate field and click save changes. The system will automatically apply the code to the appointment you modified. You cannot apply your discount code to past appointment that are already completed

What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Simply login to your account here, click on “Make Changes” to the appointment of your choice, and choose to cancel or reschedule for a different available time. Please note: Cancellations and reschedules made after 5 p.m. of the day prior to your appointment will be charged a $50 fee.

Trust & Safety

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Every employee is interviewed in person and has to submit to a rigorous and extensive background check. We do not hire independent contractors, so every person we send out is employed by us and receives corresponding compensation and benefits.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

While we don’t expect anything to go wrong, it can happen. If anything should go wrong during your appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact us right away HERE and we will correct the issue in the most expedient way possible.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256-bit security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). We take security very seriously.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We guarantee our service! That means if you are not completely satisfied, we’ll come back out and make it right free of charge!.

What is your refund policy?

If you were not completely satisfied, we will make it right with our 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are still not completely satisfied after that, we will offer a full refund of the services provided.
